Sizes large boards into panels with straight, square, clean cuts.
Edge banding machine
Applies edge bands evenly to seal and protect every exposed board edge.
Multi boring machine
Drills hinge, dowel and fitting holes in precise, repeatable positions.
Assembly area
Hardware is fitted and units are assembled and checked.
Finishing area
Surfaces are finished, inspected and packed for dispatch.

We use carefully selected boards, finishes and hardware, then check every product at each stage so it arrives accurate, well finished and built to last.
MR & BWP grade plywood
MR (moisture-resistant) for dry areas. BWP (boiling-water-proof) for kitchens and wet zones.
MDF & HDHMR boards
Dense, smooth boards for shutters and routed designs. HDHMR adds high moisture resistance.
Premium laminates
Solid colours, wood grains and textures that stand up to everyday wear.
Acrylic & PU finishes
High-gloss and lacquered surfaces for a seamless, premium look.
